Information about you

When you register to use the KeepMeBooked service we ask you for your name, business name and other details about you. We use this information to identify you and to enable us to provide the KeepMeBooked service. We will not transfer this information to other organisations (except as is necessary to provide the KeepMeBooked service, or except as required by law).

Information about your hotel

In addition to the information we request on registration, you will probably also provide us with other information in the course of using the KeepMeBooked service. For example, you will record which rooms you have, what the rates are and whether they are available or not. Although this information is stored on our servers, it remains your information. We will not use or sell this information without your permission, except that we may analyse and disclose this information in aggregate to help us improve and market the KeepMeBooked service.

If you choose to accept bookings from our third-party distribution partners, you give us permission to share the necessary information (including availability & rate information) with those third parties.

Information about your guests

Your guest information (guest contact details, booking details, etc.) is yours. Although it is stored on our servers, it remains your information. We will never use or sell information about your individual guests (except that we may analyse and disclose this information in aggregate to help us improve and market the KeepMeBooked service).

Your financial information

Your subscription payments for the KeepMeBooked service are processed by our payment processors (Spreedly Inc and PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.

We use cookies to record session information, and cookies are necessary for you to use the KeepMeBooked service.

We will review and update this policy from time to time. Notice of any changes will be posted prominently on our site.

Business transactions

Tortoise Software Ltd may assign or transfer this privacy policy, and your user account and related information and data, to any person or entity that acquires or is merged with Tortoise Software or KeepMeBooked.
