Occupancy based pricing
KeepMeBooked lets you set room rates which vary depending on the number of people in the room
You can configure a discount for single occupancy of a double room. And you can configure extra person charges to add supplements for extra people in a dorm or family room.
Or you can use flat per-person pricing so each person is priced at the same rate. That's different to occupancy-based pricing, because with occupancy-based pricing you can have a base rate for 2 people, then discount that for 1 person or add to it for 3rd or more people.

How to set up occupancy-based pricing:
- Go to Accommodation > Accommodation
- Set the "Sleeps" field to, say, 4
- Check the "Discount for single occupancy" box, and enter the single occupancy discount
- Check the "Extra person charge" box, and enter the extra charge, and the number of people above which this kicks in
- That's it: your price per room will now be automatically adjusted depending how many guests there are in the booking
